our Strategic Goal for Recruitment Diversity

Our strategic ambition is to remove the barriers to the recruitment of 500 more Black recruiters into our sector annually. We ask for each joining organisation to Programme One to commit to delivering against four simple Strategic Objectives…so that not only does the programme stay the length of time but we also enable permanent change.

A commitment to removing any barriers to hiring Black recruiters… so that your organisation matches the black representation in your local community

For every Black recruit hired there is a commitment that they have access to a mentor
