Programme One was established to address the underrepresentation of Black talent within the recruitment industry and remove barriers to accessing and progressing in professional careers.

Working with recruitment agencies, employers, schools, universities and community organisations, we provide outreach, mentoring, careers guidance and access to professional networks and opportunities – helping Black people build confidence, connections and pathways into meaningful careers.
