Programme One: Commitment to Transparency on Employee Heritage Data

A commitment from all member companies is that we will publish data outlining how many of our employees self-identify as having Black heritage. Our data is presented in two formats depending on the size of the company to protect the identity of individuals. This is in detail for those with more than 100 employees, and abbreviated for those with fewer than 100 employees.
